Provincial police set up 3 teams to handle traffic law violations on many routes

On August 31, Nghe An Provincial Police held a conference to deploy a plan to strengthen patrols, control, and handle speeding vehicles and vehicles carrying overloaded and oversized cargo on N5 and D4 routes of the Southeast Economic Zone, provincial road 538B, and National Highway 1A from Bac Vinh bus station to Cau Cam (Nghi Loc).

According to the plan, the Provincial Police will establish 3 working groups including Traffic Police and Mobile Police to increase public and closed patrols 24/7 on routes N5, D4 of the Southeast Economic Zone, Provincial Road 538B and National Highway 1A from Bac Vinh bus station to Cau Cam (Nghi Loc).

In particular, the subjects and violations that the police force focuses on controlling and handling include: speeding cars, mainly trucks; cars carrying goods exceeding the height, length, and width allowed for each type of vehicle; trucks carrying goods exceeding the permitted load stated in the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection, bridge and road load.

Vehicles that have been arbitrarily modified from the manufacturer's design or modified from a design approved by a competent authority; assembled, assembled, or have a body that does not comply with regulations; vehicles carrying construction materials that are likely to spill without a tarpaulin cover or vehicles with a tarpaulin cover that still spill; vehicles that do not comply with traffic lights, commands, or instructions of the force on duty to command and control traffic, or carry people on the hood or roof of the vehicle.

In addition, the police will handle cases of not having a driver's license, not having a valid certificate of civil liability insurance of the motor vehicle owner; not having a certificate or stamp of technical safety and environmental protection inspection. In addition to the above violations, if other violations are detected during the inspection and control process, they will be handled according to the provisions of law.
