Announcement of the decision to approve the position of Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee

At the ceremony, comrade Le Dinh Ly - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 2112-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on approving the election results of comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoai - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Chau District to hold the position of Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee shared with the Party Committee, government and people of Quy Chau district that was severely affected by the flood at the end of September; at the same time, highly appreciated the proactive response and overcoming of the consequences of natural disasters, minimizing the damage to people's lives and property caused by floods.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also congratulated comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoai on being approved by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Since the beginning of the term, along with other localities in the province, Quy Chau, despite being a difficult district, has made efforts and determined to implement the goals, targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 26th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025, in all aspects of work. The above results are thanks to the high solidarity and unity within the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung also assessed that Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoai is a cadre who has grown up from the grassroots, experienced many working positions, has spirit, responsibility, leadership and direction capacity. Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoai has made many important contributions to the development of Quy Chau district in recent times.

In the coming time, in his position as Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoai must, together with comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quy Chau District Party Committee, continue to promote positive aspects, comprehensively lead and direct all aspects of work; closely follow the goals and tasks set out by the 26th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025, to achieve the highest level.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung hopes that Quy Chau district will accompany the province to implement the goals in Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045 and the tasks in the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, including building Quy Chau district for sustainable development. The district needs to focus on leadership, direction, review, and early implementation of the development of the district planning.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung also requested Quy Chau district to speed up the implementation of public investment disbursement tasks, 3 National Target Programs; care for and improve the material and spiritual life of the people, reduce the number of poor and near-poor households, maintain and promote the cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities.

In addition, the district needs to ensure national defense and security, maintain stability for development and resolve pressing issues of the people, avoid forming hot spots of security and order; pay attention to building a clean and strong district Party Committee, pay attention to building a contingent of cadres, and prevent corruption and negativity. In particular, Quy Chau district needs to quickly overcome the damage caused by the recent floods.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoai - Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee expressed his honor to be trusted and elected and approved by the District Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee.

Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Hoai promised to continue to try and make efforts, together with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee to lead the district to successfully complete the set goals, targets and tasks, bringing Quy Chau to develop commensurate with the history and culture of the central land of Phu Quy.
