Party Congress of Nhan Son Commune, Do Luong, term 2020 - 2025

In the 2015 - 2020 term, the economic growth rate of Nhan Son commune reached an average of 14% (the congress target is 13.5%). The average income per capita in 2020 is estimated at 43 million VND, 2.5 times higher than in 2015.

The economic structure has shifted towards increasing the proportion of small-scale industry - construction, services and reducing the proportion of agriculture - forestry - fishery. The average budget revenue in the area reached 1.95 billion VND, an increase of 1.4 times compared to the beginning of the term.

Regarding the construction of new rural areas, the Party Committee has regularly paid attention to leading and directing the movement, so many good and effective methods have appeared. The total capital to implement the program in the period of 2016-2020 reached over 120 billion VND, by the end of 2020, it is expected that the new rural area will reach 19/19 criteria.

The socialization of education has been well implemented, attracting investment resources of 12 billion VND to build school facilities. The quality of education has changed positively, with an average annual graduation rate of 97.7% for junior high school, and 69 students passing the university and college entrance exams.

Implementing well the social policy, policy for meritorious people, sustainable poverty reduction policy, timely and properly distributing the regime to the right subjects. Organizing the awarding of nearly 1,900 gifts to policy subjects and poor households with the amount of over 500 million VND. The rate of poor households is now 4.32%, down 13.28% compared to the beginning of the term. The rate of near-poor households is 8.85% compared to the beginning of the term, down 26.15%..The number of working-age laborers in the commune and outside the province is 1,500 people, with over 40 exported workers. National defense and security continue to be maintained.

Party building and political system work:The quality of Party activities has been innovated in terms of content and form, creating a change in the awareness of each Party member. During the past term, attention has been paid to the work of education, training, management and assignment of Party members' tasks, thereby gradually improving the quality of Party members in terms of political ideology, moral qualities, lifestyle, exemplary pioneering role, and sense of responsibility.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee and people of Nhan Son commune strive for a production value of 821 billion VND. Average economic growth rate of 12%; Average income per capita of 72 million VND/person/year; Striving for kindergartens to meet national standards level 1, primary schools to meet national standards level 2; Reducing the poverty rate by 2025 to below 2.5%; Building 2 - 3 hamlets with no law violators and social evils; 2 typical clans in terms of security and order; 100% of party members commit to implementing Resolution of the 12th Central Committee, Session 4 and Directive 05; 100% of organizations, branches, and unions strive to achieve good and excellent results...

The congress focused on discussing a number of issues related to party member development, economic development associated with national defense and security, solutions to improve the quality of mass organization activities, and building level 2 national standard schools.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 15 comrades, and elected 5 delegates to attend the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
