Accordingly, including:

1.Production and trading facilities of essential goods

2.Services supporting transportation, import and export of goods

3.Banking, treasury, securities, insurance services

4.Business establishments providing services directly related to banking activities and supporting businesses (notary, lawyer, vehicle inspection, secured transaction registration, etc.)

5.Business establishments providing postal services, telecommunications, television, online conference equipment, office equipment (except office desks and chairs), and fire prevention and fighting equipment

6.Factories, enterprises, production facilities inside and outside Industrial Parks and Clusters

7.Traffic and construction works allowed to operate include:

a) Construction to serve disease prevention and control work

b) Works belonging to important national projects, key projects of provinces and cities; works constructed under emergency orders; works serving national defense and security; irrigation works for flood prevention, land exploitation works that have been implemented for construction.

c) Works used for transportation purposes, works providing technical infrastructure facilities and utilities outside urban areas, far from concentrated residential areas.

d) Construction works that are about to be completed and put into operation have great economic and social significance (construction volume has reached over 80%); construction works under construction must continue to be implemented to ensure technical construction, safety of community life or affect and cause insecurity to adjacent works.

d) Construction works in industrial parks and clusters; repair and renovation works of factories and equipment within the premises of the enterprise.

8.Supermarkets, electronics supermarkets, mini supermarkets (except for on-site entertainment and food services); shopping malls (including supermarkets as above, offices for rent)

9.Local markets; Food service establishments: Temporarily closed

11.Car garages; warranty and repair centers of electrical and refrigeration companies

12.Funeral goods and services, City Cemetery Committee

13.Unit performing the collection, transportation and waste treatment of Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company

14.Transportation services: official vehicles, shuttle vehicles for workers, experts, quarantined people, vehicles transporting raw materials, fuel, production materials, goods, vehicles transporting materials for traffic and construction works; freight transport services through shippers of Enterprises granted Business Registration Certificates by competent authorities.

15.Unit managing and maintaining urban green tree systems, parks, flower gardens, cultural and historical sites

16.Food and beverage services in tourist accommodation establishments to serve guests staying during the period of social distancing according to Directive 16/CT-TTg

17.Printing services

18.Units providing electricity, water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment, irrigation, railways, airways, and dykes.
19.Agencies of the Party, State, Fatherland Front and organizations at all levels; Armed forces (army, police), Television - Press; Hospitals, medical examination and treatment facilities; Airports, Railway stations; natural disaster prevention, search and rescue; Fire prevention; emergency; dike protection.

20.Other special cases not yet regulated: Implement according to specific documents of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee and Vinh City People's Committee.
