Nghe An Electricity organizes the 2023 Labor Delegates Conference

In 2022, despite being affected by natural disasters, epidemics, high prices of raw materials and equipment, global energy crisis, etc., the officers, employees and workers of Nghe An Power Company have united, joined hands and worked together with the Company's Board of Directors to strive to complete the production and business plan. The production and business efficiency and labor productivity of the Electricity industry are higher than in 2021. The power system operates safely and stably, ensuring sufficient electricity supply for socio-economic development and people's daily life, and customer care services are getting better and better.

At the same time, Nghe An Electricity industry always actively participates in social security, national defense and security work in the area.

Nghe An Electricity Company continues to promote the application of science and technology; accelerate digital transformation in all areas of operation; innovate and create in training and development, improve the quality of human resources; and strengthen the building of corporate culture.

Along with that, continue to arrange and perfect the production organization in accordance with the orientation of Vietnam Electricity; strengthen the practice of corporate culture and production labor movement, and carry out emulation and reward work well. Strengthen inspection and supervision to prevent and combat corruption, practice thrift, combat waste, and comply with the State's policies and laws.

In particular, construction investment projects, major repair projects and regular purchases ensure progress and quality. Environmental protection measures are well implemented and the projects are operated and exploited optimally.

Nghe An Power Company also pays attention to and performs well in labor safety work, preventing labor accidents. Officers and employees comply with production and business processes, and the unit resolutely handles attitudes and behaviors that violate labor safety and hygiene regulations of employees.

The results of implementing the main plan targets in 2022 all exceeded those of 2021. Specifically, commercial products reached 4,228.72 million kWh, an increase of 3.0% compared to 2021; total revenue of 6 types of services reached 27,117 million VND, equal to 186.06% compared to 2021; profit reached 100% of the plan assigned by the corporation and equal to 218.34% compared to 2021...

At the conference, delegates contributed many papers with the aim of improving production efficiency, customer care, labor safety and improving workers' lives.

Based on the production and business results in 2022 and the discussion opinions, the Conference agreed to develop a plan to implement the 2023 theme of Vietnam Electricity Corporation and Nghe An Electricity Company, which is "Practicing thrift, fighting waste" with specific goals, aiming to ensure stable operation of the power system; improve production and business efficiency; increase income for workers; promote the application of science and technology, accelerate digital transformation; ensure labor safety in performing production and business tasks;...
