Defense Zone - Civil Defense Exercise: Mobilizing human resources, ships and civilian vehicles to protect the sovereignty of the Fatherland
(Baonghean.vn) - As part of the 2022 Defense Area - Civil Defense exercise program of Nghe An province, on the afternoon of August 29, in Cua Lo town, a drill was held to deploy the plan to mobilize human resources, ships and civilian vehicles according to Decree 30 and Decree 130 of the Government to participate in protecting the sovereignty of seas and islands.

According to the hypothetical situation of the exercise, Cua Lo town received a Directive from the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on mobilizing ships, boats and human resources to participate in protecting maritime sovereignty and sovereign rights of sea areas.
After the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee issued the Resolution, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town convened an expanded meeting with the participation of sectors and some wards. The requirement for the town government is to mobilize ships and human resources to ensure sufficient quantity and quality to be ready to take on tasks as assigned.
Based on the approved exercise plan, relevant sectors and localities have also reported on the number of people mobilized. Along with that, there are plans for logistics, health, policy work, security and order protection in the area...

Along with the number of ships, boats and human resources mobilized, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town has prepared backup plans; grasped and made records to manage the quantity and types of remaining vehicles as well as human resources to be ready to meet the requirements of superiors.
After the expanded conference, according to the drill scenario, Cua Lo town held a ceremony to hand over civilian forces and ships and send troops to protect the sovereignty and sovereign rights of the Fatherland's seas.

All vessels and personnel have been handed over to the Coast Guard and set off on a mission to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands. The exercise was basically completed according to the scenario and content set out.
