Thereby, in the first 6 months of 2024, procedures have been reviewed, reduced, and simplified, including: 6 procedures for authentication; 11 procedures for civil status; 6 procedures for social protection; 5 procedures for meritorious people; 1 procedure for emulation and rewards; 10 procedures for land. Thereby, the total number of administrative procedures under the authority of the commune level after review is 100 procedures. With such efforts and bold innovation, in the first 6 months of 2024, the One-stop Department of Trang Son Commune People's Committee received a total of 508 records, and resolved 508 records, ensuring 100% of results were returned on time.

Taking people and businesses as the center of service

Right from the beginning of the year, the People's Committee of Do Luong district focused on directing and promoting administrative procedure reform, issuing official dispatches to district-level departments, branches and communes and towns to improve the quality of online public service provision, ensuring service for people and businesses. Therefore, in the first 6 months of 2024, administrative procedure reform in Do Luong district achieved high results.

Thanks to the good performance in receiving and handling administrative procedures for organizations and individuals at the District Public Administration Service Center and the Commune-level One-Stop-Shop, all administrative procedures with records are received and handled through the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal.

Received 6,609 records (of which 37 records were transferred in the previous period, 699 records were received directly, 5,873 records were received online, reaching 89.36%) and resolved 6,425 records (of which 6,158 records were resolved before and on time, reaching 95.8%, 267 records were overdue, accounting for 4.2%; returned, withdrawn: 152 records). Of which, the district level received 1,087 records, resolved 925 records and the commune level received 5,593 records, resolved 5,549 records.

Up to now, the whole district has provided 261 sets of district-level administrative procedures (including 111 full-service online public services and 150 partial online public services); 156 sets of commune-level administrative procedures (including 36 full-service online public services and 114 partial online public services).

In recent times, Do Luong district has always focused on exploiting the population database in the national data warehouse in receiving and resolving administrative procedures. The district applies online payment and digitizes records of receiving and resolving administrative procedures on the Public Service System.

According to statistics, the whole district has 5,118 times of exploiting the population database on 6,572 received records, the digitization rate of administrative procedure records is 99.74%; The digitization rate of results is 100%. The transparency rate (assessed on the National Public Service Portal) of Do Luong is 83.8% and the satisfaction level (assessed on the National Public Service Portal) is 91.8%.

During the implementation of the one-stop, one-stop mechanism, the reception and settlement of administrative procedures have been carried out on the Nghe An province's administrative procedure settlement information system, ensuring transparency, clarity, and basically on time, which has initially been highly appreciated by people and businesses coming to transact.

In particular, recently, the People's Committee of Do Luong district put the Public Administration Service Center into operation with synchronous investment in facilities and equipment: Network system, wifi to ensure meeting the requirements of public service and serving citizens in the process of handling administrative procedures; installing air conditioners; each specialized room is equipped with 1 computer connected to the internet, scanner, printer, document cabinet; The center is equipped with an automatic number taking system, surveillance cameras...
