Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation respectfully offered him a beautiful flower basket, expressing their infinite gratitude and deep respect for his great thoughts and extremely noble life - the genius leader of the Vietnamese Revolution, Hero of National Liberation, World Cultural Celebrity.

In his report to Uncle Ho, comrade Le Xuan Dai emphasized: On June 11, 1948, exactly 70 years ago, President Ho Chi Minh launched a patriotic emulation movement to call on all people to resist and build the country. He affirmed that "Competition is patriotism, patriotism requires competition and those who compete are the most patriotic.His call for patriotic emulation has great significance throughout the nation's revolutionary career as well as in the period of national renewal and development.

Imbued with Uncle Ho's teachings, inheriting and promoting the traditions of the homeland, the Party Committee and the government of Nghe An province always pay attention to directing branches, localities and units to deploy and well implement patriotic emulation movements, encouraging all cadres and people of the province to participate actively, enthusiastically, creatively, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere throughout the province.

Forever follow the revolutionary path that the Party and Uncle Ho have chosen”, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed.

Immediately after the flower offering ceremony, the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2018).
