Raiding a bar in Vinh, discovered many partygoers using laughing gas and weed
(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:30 p.m. on January 30, the Economic Police Team (Vinh City Police) coordinated with Hung Binh Ward Police to suddenly raid a bar located at 02 Le Hong Phong Street (Vinh City) for an administrative inspection. At the time of the inspection, the authorities discovered many young men and women using laughing gas.

The police discovered on the third floor of the bar dozens of young men and women were dancing to extremely loud music, accompanied by a lot of Shisha smoke, many young men and women were drunk and carefree inhaling laughing gas.

When they saw the police, dozens of young men and women present at the bar tried to run away but were blocked. Many used shisha smoking tools and laughing gas were thrown haphazardly on the table, floor and even in the trash.
Checking the warehouse at the bar, the authorities also discovered 02 gas cylinders for pumping laughing gas and 170 rubber balloons (unused).

In addition, the police also seized many bottles of foreign wine without valid invoices and documents. During the night, the police gave the young men and women rapid tests to check for drugs.
Some young men with suspicious signs were taken to Hung Binh Ward Police for drug testing. Through testing, 2 young men were found to be using marijuana.
Vinh City Police will impose administrative penalties on the owner of the above bar.
