Drug retail ring for students in mountainous Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On September 24, Quy Hop District Police said they had just broken up a drug retail ring, investigating four participants, two of whom were still in school.
Previously, on the evening of September 22, Quy Hop District Police broke up a case and simultaneously arrested 4 subjects for the act ofillegal drug trafficking, seized 22.25 grams of marijuana and 3.45 grams of cannabis.
In which, the two leaders are: Nguyen Dinh Long Nhat and Tran Van Duc, both born in 2001 and residing in Quy Hop town, Quy Hop district.
Long and Duc had no jobs, often hung around, socialized, and associated with a number of subjects with signs of drug-related criminal activities in the area and often gathered to hang out with a number of problem students.

At the police station, Nhat and Duc confessed that they often went to the border areas to buy marijuana and weed, then brought them back and divided them into small portions to sell to high school students. To avoid detection, the two subjects only sold to groups of students they knew.
In this network, there are also 02 subjects, Tran Dinh T. and Vi Tien D. (both born in 2004) and are students of high school in the district.

Currently, Quy Hop District Police have detained two suspects, Nguyen Dinh Long Nhat and Tran Van Duc, for further investigation.
