ETEP's regular, continuous, on-site training model through the LMS system has been effective, demonstrating the superiority of the new training model. The connection between key lecturers - core teachers - general secondary school teachers on the shared learning materials platform directly on the LMS has created an open forum, an endogenous professional ecosystem that supports each other in career development. Most secondary school teachers are satisfied with the training and coaching effectiveness of the ETEP program.

ETEP is a program to develop teacher training colleges to improve the capacity of teachers and managers of general education institutions, with a loan from the World Bank approved by the Prime Minister in May 2016.
