Dao Xuan Duong is Director of Duong Tuyet Trading and Service Company Limited, located in Quy Hop district.

The organizer of the above illegal mining activity is Tran Van Bay (born in 1970), residing in Minh Xuan hamlet, Minh Hop commune, Quy Hop district. The amount of various types of illegally exploited minerals (white marble) is 1,200 m3.
