Through inspection, the interdisciplinary team drew up administrative violation records of a number of food production, processing and trading establishments in 3 districts and towns.
Specifically: with Dong Ho Brewery, located at Block 12, Quy Hop Town, after inspection, the facility has ensured good hygiene in production and processing. However, this facility has not yet ensured product packaging, there is no production date and expiration date. Comparing with the provisions of the law, the delegation has drawn up a record of administrative violations, the expected fine is 600 thousand VND.
At Lam Vien Quan - the largest restaurant in Thai Hoa town, after inspection, the interdisciplinary inspection team drew up a record of administrative violations with the following acts and violations: Food storage did not ensure food hygiene and safety; did not keep food samples... The expected fine for this restaurant is 16 million VND.
