At the checkpoint on duty to preventCovid-19 epidemicAt Ben Thuy bridge, the delegation grasped some situations and difficulties in controlling people and vehicles passing between Ha Tinh and Vinh city and vice versa. Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front of Vinh city visited, encouraged, and shared the hardships of the forces on duty at the Covid epidemic control checkpoint. At the same time, they hoped that the forces on duty would closely follow the task of controlling people and vehicles passing through the Ben Thuy 1 bridge area to minimize the spread of Covid epidemic to the community.

In the blockade area implementing social distancing for 8 residential blocks in Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh City leaders requested the Ha Huy Tap ward government, the city police and related forces to stay on duty 24/7 to carry out their duties. They are determined not to allow people to enter or exit the blockade area unless it is an urgent emergency.
At the two locations above, the delegation presented each location with 30 million VND.

For the centralized quarantine point of Vinh city at Dong Vinh ward medical station, due to the need to quarantine 18F1, Vinh city leaders required officers, employees and forces on duty in the quarantine area to strictly follow epidemic prevention regulations. The delegation presented Dong Vinh ward medical station with 20 million VND from the Covid-19 prevention support fund contributed by officers and people of Vinh city.
Also in the morning of the same day, the Delegation went to the Hospital Funeral Home to visit and offer condolences to the relatives of the families affected by the fire at 0:00 on June 15 at house number 146 Dinh Cong Trang street, Le Mao ward, Vinh city.
