As a spiritual and cultural site, it attracts many tourists to visit and worship. However, the parking fee atTemple of Mr. Hoang MuoiThe price has been increased many times during Tet holidays, making tourists "shocked" and frustrated. Mr. Nguyen Van Hop - from Hanoi returned to his hometown for Tet, on the occasion of the New Year, he went to Ong Hoang Muoi Temple to burn incense, but he was surprised when the parking fee in this area was much higher than normal days. He parked his 4-seat car for 20,000 VND, while on normal days it was only 10,000 VND.
There are many different parking lots in this area, the largest is the parking lot under the name of the Hoang Muoi Temple Management Board. However, the parking fees here are also different, in which parking for cars is from 20,000 VND or more.

Even at the same parking lot, the billboard from the Lam River dike says the parking fee for motorbikes is 5,000 VND; 4-seat cars 15,000 VND; 7-seat cars 20,000 VND. However, on the same billboard from the Vinh bypass, the parking fee for motorbikes is 5,000 VND; 4-seat cars 25,000 VND; 7-seat cars 30,000 VND. This makes many people confused when parking their cars at the lot.

Even the parking lot belonging to the Management Board of Ong Hoang Muoi Temple, on the afternoon of the first day of Tet, when we entered to park, there was no ticket, but the staff collected 20,000 VND. Meanwhile, the parking price list is based on Decision 80/2016/QD-UBND, dated December 20, 2016 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, the parking price for cars with 7 seats or less is 18,000 VND.
Not to mention, in reality, according to Decision 80, the parking fee for 7-seat cars or less in Vinh City or town is 10,000 VND/time; in plain and lowland districts it is 9,000 VND/time. As for cars with more than 7 seats, trucks, and passenger cars, the fee in Vinh City or town is from 12,000 VND to 15,000 VND/time; in plain and lowland districts it is from 10,000 VND to 14,000 VND/time.

However, in reality, at the parking lots around Ong Hoang Muoi Temple, the parking service prices are very unclear and almost ignore Decision 80 of the Provincial People's Committee!? This really needs to be corrected, to ensure that the relic sites, temples, and pagodas become a true cultural and spiritual tourist destination.
