Conflict while drinking water, young man in Nghe An stabbed neighbor to death
(Baonghean.vn) - While sitting and drinking water at a neighbor's house, a conflict arose. Tran Dinh Luong (born 1989), residing in Yen Thanh district, used a sharp knife to stab Nguyen Trong Vinh, who lived in the same neighborhood, to death.
On May 9, Yen Thanh District Police coordinated with relevant units to file a case and investigate a murder case that left a man dead. The victim was Nguyen Trong Vinh (born in 1968), residing in Dong Vang hamlet, Hoa Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.

According to initial information, at around 11:00 p.m. on May 8, Mr. Nguyen Trong Vinh and some neighbors were sitting and drinking water at Mr. Nguyen Cong Tinh's house when a conflict arose with Tran Dinh Luong (born 1989), who lives in the same neighborhood.
After arguing loudly and being stopped by everyone, Luong went home. However, he then returned and pulled out a sharp knife he had hidden on his person and stabbed Vinh many times in the chest.
After being stabbed, Mr. Vinh tried to run from Mr. Tinh’s house to the concrete road in front of the house and collapsed. The victim was then taken to Yen Thanh District General Hospital by neighbors for emergency treatment, but due to being stabbed multiple times and losing a lot of blood, he died.
After stabbing Vinh, Tran Dinh Luong surrendered to the police. Upon receiving the report, Hoa Thanh Commune Police arrived to protect the scene and coordinate with Yen Thanh District Police and related units to conduct an autopsy, examine the scene, and investigate the case.
