Exciting activities towards the 60th anniversary of Quy Hop district's establishment

Quy Hop district was established under Decision 52/CP of the Vietnamese Government issued on April 19, 1963 and to date, the district has 21 commune-level administrative units with about 135,000 people. Photo: Dinh Tuyen

Currently, preparations for the event celebrating the 60th anniversary of the district's founding have been basically completed. The event is an opportunity for the Party Committee, Government and People of this mountainous district to review traditions as well as promote the achievements and potential of the locality. According to information from local authorities, on the night of April 19, 2023, a fireworks display will take place at Thung May Lake, a location considered the "heart" of Quy Hop town. Currently, the fireworks installation rigs have been prepared. Photo: Huu Vi

Currently, Quy Hop district has over 300 businesses operating in many economic sectors and more than 1,000 farms. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the district's establishment, the local government organized booths to display and promote local products such as agricultural products, brocade, ethnic dishes, stone art...
