This group took the patient straight into the Minor Surgery room of the Department of Surgery. At that time, the minor surgery room was locked so the group of people stood outside cursing. Hearing the noise, the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department's on-duty team went over, examined the situation and took the patient into the Minor Surgery room to check and treat the wound.

Although the on-duty team arrived on time and did not react to the words and actions of the group of young men, one of them used offensive words towards the medical staff.

After taking the patient into the Minor Surgery room, the on-duty team of 1 doctor and 2 nurses went in to perform the procedure on the patient. About 5 minutes later, another patient entered the hospital (this patient was not related to the previous group). Because the procedure was being performed, Doctor Lo Thanh Ngoc sent nurse Nguyen Thi Phuong to welcome and examine the patient.

When leaving the minor surgery room, because there were many people in the waiting area, nurse Phuong went to look for the patient. The group of young men continued to insult nurse Phuong. A young man in the group approached and kicked, punched, grabbed her hair, and choked her. Only after medical staff and security guards came to intervene did the two subjects stop and leave.

Being assaulted, nurse Nguyen Thi Phuong was transferred to the Provincial General Hospital for treatment and monitoring.

Upon receiving the news, Quy Chau District Police quickly took action and summoned relevant subjects for investigation.

On June 26, after working, Quy Chau District Police temporarily detained Vo Tien Dung (born 1988), residing in Tan Lac town, Quy Chau district, for disturbing public order. At the investigation agency, Dung confessed that because he was already drunk, he could not control his actions.

Currently, Quy Chau District Police are continuing to investigate and clarify to handle the subject according to legal regulations./.
