In recent years, the education and training sector has undergone many changes, especially since the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program. In that general achievement, Nghe An's education sector has made a leap forward and is among the top in the country. This result is thanks to the attention of the Party, the participation of authorities at all levels, especially in building national standard schools and quality assessment. That has changed the appearance of schools, from facilities to teaching equipment. In addition, the teaching staff has been cared for, trained and increasingly synchronized.

The 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee took place in the context of the newly issued Resolution 71 of the Politburo on educational development breakthroughs, creating more confidence for educators.

In the current situation, we also determined that Resolution 71 is the key, but to implement it, synchronization is needed. In fact, after implementing the 2-level local government, from communes to schools, there are many difficulties, which are local shortages of teachers, difficulties in facilities and funding for teaching and learning. In the condition of a shortage of staff, the rate of teachers is still lower than the general level... the implementation of tasks is still difficult, especially in implementing 2-session teaching/day and other contents of the 2018 General Education Program.

On the eve of the Congress, the schools' wish is that provincial and communal authorities need to pay attention to a number of issues:

Many households in the commune, especially in rural areas, have not yet been granted land use right certificates, including a large area of ​​agricultural land. This situation makes it difficult for people to invest in long-term production, due to the lack of legal basis to access bank loans, convert crops and livestock or participate in State support programs. Having gone through the heroic years of war and witnessed the dramatic changes of our homeland in peace, on the eve of the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, we, the war veterans, always place our trust and expectations in the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee in the new period.

In the past, we only wished for peace, so that the people would suffer less. In recent years, the socio-economic and educational infrastructure in mountainous, border and remote areas of Nghe An province has received significant investment.
