The rain caused heavy flooding on Quang Trung Street. According to the forecast, tonight, the tropical depression will move in a West Southwest direction, with a slow speed of only 5 km per hour. By 10am tomorrow, the center of the tropical depression will be right on the Thanh Hoa - Ha Tinh coast, with sustained winds of 50 km/h, level 6.
