The first person to appear in the photo is Nguyen Thien Khiem, a 12th grade English major student, a character who once caught the attention of the online community with a series of impressive achievements such as achieving 8.0 IELTS on his first test in November 2018.

In addition, Khiem also won the Third Prize in the National English Competition in the 2017-2018 school year; the First Prize in the Provincial English Competition in the 2017-2018 school year; the First Prize in the National Internet English Olympiad (IOE) in the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years; the Second Prize in the Provincial English Competition in the 2015-2016 school year; the First Prize in the City English Competition in the 2015-2016 school year.

The second male student in the photo is Tran Quang Huy, a 12th grader majoring in Chemistry. Quang Huy won third prize in the National Chemistry Competition in 2018-2019.

The third pretty girl is Ho Thi Cam Linh, a 12th grader majoring in Russian. Cam Linh won the National Encouragement Prize for Excellent Students in Russian in 2017-2018.

And finally, there is a boy named To Duc Thang, a 12th grader majoring in Chemistry. Not only did he impress with his IELTS score of 7.5, Thang also taught himself French because of his love for this foreign language.

It is known that Thien Khiem's ​​group of close friends have been close friends for 7 years, starting from middle school. The group has 7 members but currently 3 of them have gone to study abroad so there are only 4 people left in Vietnam and they are all students of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.

"Although they study in different specialized classes, the group of friends always maintain a close relationship, especially often helping each other in studying," Thien Khiem shared.

On his 18th birthday, Thien Khiem also spent time eating and drinking, welcoming the new age with these close friends.

Thien Khiem added that next summer, the group of friends has planned to travel to Singapore. The trip is both a time to rest after the group participated in the final high school graduation exam and also an opportunity for the group to create more memories together.
