Group of teenagers roll firecrackers to sell

At 8:30 p.m. on April 21, 2023, at the foot of the overpass in Quan Bau ward (Vinh city), the Traffic Police Team (Vinh City Police) was on patrol to control traffic when they discovered a group of young people gathering with signs of suspected law violations.

When seeing the traffic police force, the group of teenagers quickly ran away.

However, the Working Group has detained 5 subjects, including: NXM (born in 2005), NQK, BMH, NTA (all born in 2007) and NXC (born in 2008), all residing in Nghi Kim commune, Vinh city.

During a quick inspection, the Working Group discovered a plastic bag containing 20 round cylinders, suspected to be self-rolling firecrackers. The Working Group drew up a report, sealed and seized the evidence, and brought the group of teenagers to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Department, Vinh City Police to draw up a report of the incident.

Initial investigation determined that the above firecrackers were rolled by this group of teenagers. When the subjects were waiting at the overpass area to sell the firecrackers to others, they were discovered by the authorities./.
