Man's body found on Lam River bank
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 3, local people discovered the body of a man lying face down on the bank of Lam River, in Xuan Lam commune, Hung Nguyen district.
According to information from the People's Committee of Xuan Lam commune, at 10:00 a.m. on January 3, local people discovered the body of a man lying face down on the bank of Lam river (close to the water's edge) in hamlet 5, Xuan Lam commune, about 500m downstream from the old Yen Xuan bridge.
Observation revealed that the body of a man, about 35-40 years old, had died several hours earlier. The victim was wearing black jeans, a black jacket, no shoes or sandals, and was holding a bag to his chest.
After discovering the incident, Xuan Lam Commune authorities were present to protect the scene. As of 2:00 p.m. this afternoon, Xuan Lam Commune Police reported that no relatives had come to claim the body and the victim’s identity was still unknown.
