Model Party cell activities according to new regulations in Hung Nguyen

On the afternoon of October 21, Loc Dien hamlet Party Cell, Hung Thanh commune Party Committee (Hung Nguyen district) organized a model meeting according to Regulation No. 08-QD/TU dated September 15, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on new regulations on assessing the quality of Party cell activities.

Hung Thanh Commune Party Committee was merged from Hung Phu and Hung Khanh communes. Currently, the Commune Party Committee has 8 Party cells, including 5 rural Party cells, 2 school Party cells, 1 Commune Police Party cell with 331 Party members.

Loc Dien hamlet Party cell (Hung Thanh commune Party Committee) was approved by the District Party Committee.Hung Nguyenselected to organize a model meeting. Loc Dien hamlet Party cell has 73 party members. At the meeting, Loc Dien hamlet Party cell secretary - Mr. Le Van Phu informed about the current situation in the world, in the country, and in the locality; and information about the population situation.

Evaluating the implementation of tasks in the past time, the Secretary of the Loc Dien hamlet Party cell said that the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic greatly affected the hamlet's activities. However, the Party cell and Party cell were always united and proactive in implementing the assigned tasks.

Accordingly, the Party cell actively implemented solutions in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. The community Covid-19 team actively operated and achieved positive results; the Party cell completed the dossier to award 65 and 55 years of Party age to Party members in the cell, promoting the role of mass organizations.

However, the Party Cell pointed out the following shortcomings and limitations: Some families have not strictly implemented disease prevention measures; some citizens have not seriously implemented home quarantine; summer-autumn crop production productivity has not reached the set plan, etc.

Deploying tasks in the coming time, the Party cell proposed measures to prevent and control the epidemic.Covid-19In the new situation, strictly control and manage people entering and leaving residential areas, especially workers returning to their hometowns from the South; continue to implement 5K well, strive to keep residential areas safe and prevent epidemics from occurring, direct winter crop production; actively implement work to prevent and combat storms and floods, and prevent and combat natural disasters.

Regarding the work of building Party cells, seriously and effectively implement Regulation 08, strictly manage Party members in the Party cell, take care of Party development work, prepare all aspects of Party cell and Party member evaluation in 2021 to ensure quality.

At the same time, the Party cell needs to focus on leading and directing the review of poor and near-poor households, and organizing the National Great Unity Day according to the guidance of superiors in the new situation. The Party cell should strengthen its leadership and direction, promote the sense of responsibility of Party members and cadres, regularly grasp the thoughts of cadres, Party members and people to well implement the democratic regulations in residential areas, etc.

Discussions at the meeting showed that party members highly agreed with the report of the Party cell, especially the spirit of solidarity and unity of the Party cell and Party branch; the role and responsibility of Party members in the Party cell in taking the lead in local movements. At the end of the meeting, the Party cell voted to pass the resolution and evaluated the quality of Party cell activities as Good with 90/100 points.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Hung Thanh Commune (Hung Nguyen) - Comrade Ngo Minh Ha said that after organizing a model meeting in Loc Dien hamlet Party Cell, the Party Committee of Hung Thanh Commune will evaluate and draw experience from the model meeting to widely deploy it in all remaining Party Cells.
