Department of Education and Training celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival with SOS Children's Village Vinh
(Baonghean.vn) - This is an annual activity organized by the Education sector with the wish that the village's students have a warm and happy Mid-Autumn Festival.
On the afternoon of September 25, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Education Trade Union to celebrate and give gifts to students atSOS Children's Village Vinhon the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival 2023.
At the ceremony, the Department of Education and Training presented many gifts to students and SOS Kindergarten with a total value of more than 20 million VND.

Last school year, students at SOS Children's Villages had a school year with many outstanding achievements, including many students achieving excellent results and high scores in the 10th grade entrance exams and the National High School Graduation Exam.
Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh was delighted to attend the program "Mid-Autumn Festival"Moon of Love 2023" with students at SOS Children's Village Vinh. He highly appreciated the results that the village's students achieved in the past school year.

The Director of the Department of Education and Training also shared the difficult circumstances of the children at the SOS Children's Village and thanked and acknowledged the efforts of the mothers, aunts and uncles at the Village who have cared for and raised the children over the years.
With the responsibility of the industry, in the coming time, the Department will continue to make efforts to help students of SOS Children's Village Vinh both materially and spiritually, helping them have the opportunity to study and develop. At the same time, we also hope that the students will continue to try, strive to be good children and good students, achieve many high results in their studies and become useful people with a bright future.

Currently, SOS Children’s Village Vinh is caring for and nurturing 158 children with especially difficult circumstances living in the Village and in youth dormitories. In addition, there are 50 students of the Village studying at universities and colleges across the country./.
