Donating equipment and transferring technology for producing unburnt bricks to Con Cuong people
Unburnt brick making machines are simple to operate, do not require electricity, are easy to manipulate, and are suitable for mountainous conditions.

At Bach Son village, Cam Lam commune, Con Cuong district, Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Joint Stock Company has just coordinated with the University of Construction to organize the donation of equipment and transfer of technology for the production of unburnt clay bricks.
With the goal of helping ethnic minorities in difficult mountainous areas have safe and decent housing, based on the results achieved by the RD 49-22 project, the Settlement - Development Program with members being lecturers from the Faculty of Civil & Industrial Construction, Faculty of Construction Materials, Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Construction Mechanics of the University of Construction has developed research and technology transfer for the production of unburnt clay bricks and the construction of friendly houses to some difficult areas in mountainous areas.
In the recent period, with financial sponsorship from Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Joint Stock Company and the coordination of Con Cuong District People's Committee, the Housing - Development Program has conducted a survey of the current status of land resources in a number of communes in Con Cuong District, Nghe An Province.

Together with the sponsor, the Housing and Development Program has donated 5 manual brick pressing machines (funded by Ho Chi Minh Museum Joint Stock Company) and transferred the technology of producing unburnt clay bricks to people in Cam Lam and Mau Duc communes, Con Cuong district.
Manual brick presses are simple to operate, do not require electricity, are easy to manipulate, and are suitable for mountainous conditions.

In addition to donating equipment, members of the Housing and Development Program transferred the process and technology of producing unburnt clay bricks using manual presses to local people.
In August and September 2024, the Housing and Development Program will continue to work with sponsors to support funding and transfer technology for building houses with unburnt clay bricks to build 2 houses for 2 disadvantaged households in the above 2 communes.
