Thai Hoa rectifies the evaluation of cadres, civil servants and public employees
(Baonghean.vn) -The Standing Committee of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee has just issued Directive No. 05-CT/Thu nto rectify the quality of assessment and classification of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the area.

According to the Directive, in the past, in the area, the evaluation and classification of cadres, civil servants and public employees still had a state of deference, avoidance and fear of conflict; not paying due attention to the effectiveness, capacity, sense of responsibility, attitude towards work and working methods of the person being evaluated; not taking work efficiency as the main measure for evaluation and classification; the evaluation and classification results were not close to reality, not fully promoting the responsibility of the collective and individuals.

Accordingly, the spirit of the Directive requires Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations from the Town to the grassroots level and leaders of agencies and units to seriously implement the Decisions and Decrees of the Central and the Province on the assessment of cadres, civil servants and public employees. Seriously implement Decree No. 41/2012/ND-CP dated May 8, 2012 of the Government "Regulations on job positions in public service units" to determine job positions, in which clearly define the groups of work, workload associated with each title, position, position of cadres, civil servants and public employees in their agencies and units.
