Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc offers flowers and incense at Kim Lien Relic Site
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 16, during his working program in Nghe An, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuc - Politburo member, Prime Minister visited the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
