Previously, at 3:30 p.m. on January 30, in Quynh Xuan ward, townHoang Mai, the patrol control team of Market Management Team No. 4 (Nghe An Market Management Department) inspected the container truck with license plate 51C7-4693; 51R - 173.25 driven by Nguyen Quang Vu, born in 1992, permanent resident of Hoa Binh commune, Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province.

Market management team No. 4 discovered 14.4 tons of drugs on the transport vehicle.porkand animal products (including more than 5.3 tons of pork, 8.6 tons of milk and 420 kg of young chicken eggs). All goods were contained in styrofoam boxes, without documents of origin, had changed color and gave off a foul smell.
According to the driver's confession, this amount of goods was hired by a cargo owner in Hanoi (name unknown) to be transported to production and business establishments in the South for sale.
