Faced with this situation, Vinh City has proposed two options. The first option is to allow people who have been vaccinated to enter the city with the principle of “one route, two destinations”, and have a negative test result within 24 hours.
According to statistics on the National Immunization Portal, as of the morning of August 29, more than 19.5 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine have been vaccinated nationwide. Of which, the 10 localities with the highest vaccination rates are Bac Giang, Dong Thap, Binh Phuoc, Soc Trang, Vinh Long, Ca Mau, Bac Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Dien Bien, Lam Dong.
The Ministry of Health plans to allocate nearly 4.3 million doses of vaccine to Nghe An from now until the end of 2021. That means 2.15 million Nghe An residents will complete Covid-19 vaccination this year (equivalent to 92% of the total population aged 18 and over). However, to date, Nghe An has only been allocated more than 190,000 doses of vaccine.
