Implementing the policy of the Ministry of Public Security on mobilizing People's Public Security officers to take up the position of deputy chief of commune police, Vinh City Police has mobilized Captain Dam Ngoc Hung to take up the position of Deputy Chief of Nghi Duc Commune Police, Vinh City.

Captain Hung, born in 1981, is an officer of the Movement Building and Management Team of Commune Police and Civil Protection, Vinh City Police.

Nghi Duc commune is one of the key areas with complicated security and order in Vinh city. Therefore, the assignment and mobilization of regular police force to take on the responsibility of deputy head of commune police aims to contribute to solving related issues and ensuring good security and order in the area.

Vinh City Police said this is the first commune to implement the pilot model and will continue to replicate it in the coming time in other communes of the city.

Currently, Vinh City has 9 communes including: Hung Chinh, Hung Dong, Hung Hoa, Hung Loc, Nghi An, Nghi Duc, Nghi Kim, Nghi Lien, Nghi Phu.
