Giving gifts to poor households in Hung Nguyen, Do Luong, Nghi Loc and Tan Ky

Nghe An Provincial Youth Unionorganized the groundbreaking ceremony to build a charity house for Ms. Le Thi Kien's family, Hamlet 1, Hung Thong Commune, Hung Nguyen. This is one of the Youth Month 2019 projects.

Ms. Le Thi Kien’s family is a poor household with extremely difficult circumstances, so they live in a seriously degraded level 4 house. Faced with that situation, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union donated 40 million VND to support her family to rebuild a new house.

With financial support from Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, Hung Nguyen District Youth Union has mobilized departments, branches, organizations, authorities and local people to join hands to help Ms. Kien's family soon have a new house.

Do Luong Group shares lovejust gave support money to Nguyen Van Vinh in hamlet 9, Nhan Son commune, Do Luong.

Nguyen Van Vinh is 12 years old this year, a 6th grade student at Nhan Son Primary School. In 2009, his father passed away after a stroke while working as a bricklayer in Ho Chi Minh City. More than a year ago, his mother got married in Thinh Son Commune - Do Luong. Currently, he lives with his grandmother Nguyen Thi Van, who is 70 years old. Mrs. Van's family is a poor household in the commune, and life is very difficult.

Faced with Nguyen Van Vinh's situation, the Do Luong group shared love and organized a fundraiser and gave 5 million VND to help Vinh continue his studies.

In the coming time, the Do Luong group shares love and will continue to mobilize and raise money to support Vinh to confidently go to school.

Huu Phong Group and friends in Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh CityIn coordination with the Red Cross Society of the province and Nghi Loc district, the organization presented 7 tons of rice and 350 liters of cooking oil to 350 elderly, disabled, and poor people in especially difficult circumstances in Nghi Dien and Nghi Phong communes. Each gift included 20 kg of rice and 1 liter of cooking oil; the total value of the gifts was over 113 million VND.

These are meaningful gifts and timely support for people to stabilize their lives during the crop gap period.

Mrs. Nam is a single mother raising her child, who is currently in 11th grade. Mrs. Nam has chronic kidney failure. Every day, the mother and child live on subsidies. Recently, Mrs. Nam had an accident and broke her ribs and leg, and is currently being treated at Nghe An General Hospital.

Faced with this situation, philanthropists called on the online community for help, raising 5.8 million VND. Although the gift was small, it helped Mrs. Nam have more money for treatment and help her and her children overcome this difficulty.
