Awarding the Decision to appoint the Chief of Office of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee

In Decision No. 1956 - QD/TU dated June 1, 2023, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer, assign, and appoint for a term (5 years) Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee to hold the position of Chief of Office of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung handed over his work and took up his new assignment from June 7, 2023.

Implementing the policy of the Party and Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, nearly 7 years ago, while holding the position of Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung was transferred by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to take up the position of Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee, with the view of both strengthening the staff for the mountainous district and training young staff for the political system.

Presenting the decision, giving congratulatory flowers, and giving a speech assigning tasks to the new Chief of Office of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that, in his position as Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung has tried very hard to carry out his duties as head of the local Party Committee in a mountainous district with an important position in Nghe An province.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung, together with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee and the leaders of Con Cuong district, has done well in the work of hunger eradication and poverty reduction, economic development, improvement of the material, cultural and spiritual life of the people; ensured the great national unity bloc in the district; firmly consolidated national defense and security; built an increasingly strong political system; ensured good internal solidarity within the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Party Committee; and was trusted and loved by cadres and people.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung has excellently completed his tasks and was trusted by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to be assigned the task of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; thereby showing proper assessment and recognition of the efforts, endeavors and specific contributions to the District Party Committee, Party Committee and people of the mountainous district of Con Cuong.

Taking on a new assignment at the Provincial Party Committee Office, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong pointed out that comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung has the advantage of continuing to work in the environment of Party building; especially the Provincial Party Committee Office is a unit with a tradition and a long history of achievements in quality advice for the Party Committee; internal solidarity, sense of responsibility; a team of cadres dedicated to work; honesty, knowing how to preserve the image of cadres doing Party building work; recognized by cadres and people. This is a very good environment for comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung to develop.

However, the new position also has new points; that is, the scope of work is wider, there are deeper areas; the workload is large and also has many arising and specific issues... therefore, it will create new pressure on the new Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Therefore, comrade Nguyen Van Thong hopes that comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung will continue to make efforts to approach the work quickly and deeply in all areas, from consulting tasks, financial management, operations, assignment in the leadership team as well as in directing and motivating all cadres and specialists to join forces and unanimously carry out the tasks of the Provincial Party Committee Office in the best and most effective way.

“I hope that you and the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office, along with all the officers and employees of the agency, will promote the pioneering and exemplary spirit, solidarity, collaboration, sharing and good coordination with the Party committees, departments, branches, units and localities in the province to successfully fulfill the advisory functions and tasks of the Provincial Party Committee Office for the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee,” said Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - the new Chief of the Office of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee respectfully thanked the comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for entrusting him with the new responsibility; the comrades in the District Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of Con Cuong District for their support, sharing and companionship during nearly 7 years of working in the district to build the district.

Receiving and understanding the assignment of tasks from the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the new Chief of the Office of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee promised to make efforts to complete the task well; thereby hoping to always receive the attention and direction of the Standing Provincial Party Committee. The Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee and agencies, units and localities will continue to coordinate better with the Provincial Party Committee Office; the comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Office will accompany the collective to excellently complete the task.

Previously, based on the Party Charter; Working regulations of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo and Secretariat of the 13th tenure; election results of members and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, in Decision No. 833-QDNS/TW dated April 24, 2023, the Secretariat decided to approve comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of Office of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Member and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
