Returning a motorbike to the person who stole it 7 years ago

Accordingly, at about 4:00 p.m. on October 22, 2018, a working group of the Traffic Police Team (Vinh City Police) was on duty at the Vinh Station intersection and discovered a motorbike with license plate 37M3 - 8976 without a rearview mirror, so they signaled the vehicle to stop for an administrative check.

After checking the chassis number and engine number, the Working Group discovered that this was a fake license plate not issued by the competent authority. They drew up a record to temporarily detain the vehicle for verification.

Through verification, the above car belongs to Mr. Le Van Dung (born in 1980), residing in Nghi Thai commune, Nghi Loc district. Mr. Dung said that in early 2011, he took his family member to the emergency room at Nghe An General Hospital, due to negligence, the car was stolen.

After completing the procedures and related documents, the representative of the Vinh City Traffic Police team returned the motorbike to the victim.
