Checking at the departments and offices of Yen Thanh District People's Committee, the majority of civil servants strictly followed the requirement of wearing badges when performing their duties.
However, regarding compliance with working hours, at 4:00 p.m. - the time of inspection, it was found that: in 8 specialized departments, 32 people were present, 12 were absent, of which 9 people had reasons, 3 people had unknown reasons (Cultural Department).
At the One-Stop Department, administrative procedures are publicly and fully posted, but there is no public posting or hotline number of the province's administrative reform department and administrative procedure control department.
At Hop Thanh commune, after inspection, the Inspection Team concluded: Cadres and civil servants of Hop Thanh commune strictly followed working hours.
However, through checking the records, there are still shortcomings: The work of disseminating and thoroughly understanding legal documents and building and implementing the system of regulations has not received due attention; the promulgation of regulations on the responsibilities and tasks of communal civil servants is still slow.
Hop Thanh Commune has not yet issued regulations for non-professional staff and the One-Stop-Shop; has not yet posted the schedule for receiving citizens, the monthly and annual work program; and has not yet issued regulations on office culture.

The desks have name tags, but most of the staff and civil servants do not wear badges during working hours. They only wear their badges when the inspection team appears. The working hours are inconsistent with the working hours regulations of the Provincial People's Committee. The commune has not paid attention to the work of archiving records, and has not yet announced the conclusions of the People's Committee meetings.
