LeaderVinh International Airportsaid: The unit has received test results of 261 officers and employees of Vinh International Airport fromNghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control. These are the staff who regularly work and have direct contact with passengers on planes and were tested for Covid-19 by the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control on February 2, 2021. According to the results provided by the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control, all 261 staff of Vinh International Airport tested negative for SARS-CoV-2.

In order to strengthen epidemic prevention during the peak season of the Lunar New Year 2021, Vinh International Airport has proactively reviewed and fully equipped personal protective equipment for officers and employees. In the passenger terminal area, additional hand sanitizers are placed, and at the same time, the body temperature of all passengers is measured before entering the terminal, and regular cleaning and disinfection of equipment, passenger areas, luggage and areas with high risk of disease infection are carried out...

Currently, it is the peak season for serving the Lunar New Year 2021, at Vinh International Airport, the average daily operation volume is 90 departures/arrivals, with a peak of 110 flights, so the unit has built a suitable service plan and increased human resources, equipment, machinery, vehicles... to ensure the unit's safe operations, while promptly responding to the requirements of Covid-19 prevention and control.
