(Baonghean.vn) - A subject in Ky Son district climbed over the wall to enter the Covid-19 quarantine area. When the police asked him to stop the violation, he shouted for his accomplices to beat the person on duty and injure him.
On January 18, the leader of Ky Son District Police said that the unit had just urgently arrested a subject for resisting a person on duty.
Previously, on January 17, 2022, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police issued a decision to initiate a criminal case, prosecute and issue an arrest warrant to detain the subjects LV N, LV K, MVKh, LVH and LVC to investigate the crime of "Resisting law enforcement officers” according to Article 330 of the Penal Code. The decision has been approved by the People's Procuracy at the same level.

Accordingly, at around 10:30 p.m. on January 15, 2022, LVN, born in 1998, drove a motorbike carrying LVH, born in 1999, both residing in Huoi Phuon 2 village, Keng Du commune, to drink alcohol at the house of LVT, born in 2004, residing in Huoi Nhan village, Keng Du commune. After drinking alcohol, LVN walked to and climbed over the fence, breaking into the quarantine area to prevent and control the epidemic.Covid-19at the community house of Huoi Nhan village, Keng Du commune to talk with a new girlfriend.
At that time, a police officer from Keng Du commune was on duty to protect the quarantine area when he discovered the incident and asked LVN to stop the violation, but LVN did not comply. After that, LVN also called on his accomplices to attack and beat the police officer on duty.
When they discovered the fight, some people nearby ran out to stop it, but the subjects ran away. The injured police officer was taken by the people to the Keng Du Commune Health Station for first aid.
The case is currently being handled by the District Police and relevant authorities in accordance with the law.
