Reflecting his thoughts to the National Assembly delegates, voter Nguyen Phuc Canh, hamlet 9, Da Son commune, was worried about the increasingly depleted mineral resources. However, the Song Lam cement factory located in the area regularly mines stone from Hong Son and Bai Son escarpments and transports it elsewhere. Meanwhile, local people do not have stone to use for housing construction. Therefore, voters recommended that the National Assembly and the Government take timely measures to avoid wasting mineral resources.
