On December 29, the patient had symptoms of cough and fatigue, so he went to Vinh City General Hospital for examination and was tested quickly with suspicious results. After that, the patient's RT-PCR sample was taken again and sent to Vinh City General Hospital for positive results.

2.Patient D.TBT, female, born in 1982. Address: Ngo Tuan Street, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City. On December 29, the patient had symptoms of cough and sore throat, so she and her son went to Hung Binh Medical Station for examination and were tested quickly with suspicious results. After that, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to CDC for confirmation of positive results.

3.Patient D.QC, male, born in 2012. Address: Ngo Tuan Street, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City. On December 29, the patient had a mild fever, so he and his mother went to Hung Binh Medical Station for examination and had a rapid test with a suspicious result. After that, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to CDC for confirmation of positive results.

4. Patient NVQ, male, born in 1990. Address: Hamlet 8, Quynh Giang Commune, Quynh Luu District. The patient had a history of contact with patient LVT that was previously announced. On December 27, the patient was informed that patient LVT had tested positive for the rapid test, so he went to Minh An General Hospital for examination and had a rapid test with a positive result. After that, the patient's sample was sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital for a positive confirmation result. The patient has no symptoms.

5. Patient NKL, female, born in 2017. Address: village 7, Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district. Patient is F1 of patient NVQ announced at the same time. On December 28, the patient's first sample was taken and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital for confirmation of positive results. Patient has no symptoms.

6. Patient NAT, female, born in 2015. Address: village 7, Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district. Patient is F1 of patient Nguyen Van Quy who was announced at the same time. On December 28, the patient's first sample was taken and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital for a positive result. Patient has no symptoms.

7. Patient Đ.ML, male, born in 1998. Temporary residence address: Bac My block, Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town. On December 28, after discovering that patient NTNA tested positive, he went to a BBQ restaurant on December 24. Patient Đ.ML was tested for the rapid test and the result was positive. After that, the patient's sample was sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital and the result was confirmed positive. The patient had a cough.
