Of which, there are 5 community cases in Hung Nguyen district, 17 cases were quarantined before (14 cases from the southern provinces, 01 case is F1, 02 cases in the quarantine area).

During the day, 14 patients were discharged from the hospital (DC Hospital No. 3: 11, Provincial General Hospital: 03). Cumulative number of patients who have recovered and been discharged from the hospital: 2,003 patients. Cumulative number of patients who died: 20 patients. Number of patients currently being treated: 330 patients.

1. Patient LTĐ, male, born in 1972.Address: Hamlet 9, Chau Nhan Commune, Hung Nguyen District. On October 24, the patient had symptoms of fever and cough and bought medicine at home but did not see any improvement. On October 26, the patient went to the Health Station to be examined and had two rapid tests with positive results. Immediately after that, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Cua Dong General Hospital. On the morning of October 27, the results confirmed that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

2. Patient HTH, female, born in 1953Address: Hamlet 5, Hung Phuc Commune, Hung Nguyen District. The patient is the mother-in-law of Patient LTĐ who was announced at the same time. Immediately after receiving news that Patient LTĐ had a positive rapid test result, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Cua Dong General Hospital. On the morning of October 27, the result confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3. Patient NHP, female, born in 2021.Address: Hamlet 9, Chau Nhan Commune, Hung Nguyen District. The patient is the nephew of Patient LTĐ who was announced at the same time. Immediately after receiving news that Patient LTĐ had a positive rapid test result, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Cua Dong General Hospital. On the morning of October 27, the result confirmed that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

4. Patient HVC, male, born in 1966.Address: Hamlet 9, Chau Nhan Commune, Hung Nguyen District. The patient is a neighbor of Patient LTĐ who was announced at the same time. Immediately after receiving news that Patient LTĐ had a positive rapid test result, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Cua Dong General Hospital. 6. Patient LTP, male, born in 1981.Address: Hamlet 15, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City. From October 16, the patient drove a long distance from Phu Tho Province - Ho Chi Minh City to deliver goods to the warehouse for economical delivery to the provinces. On October 26, the patient returned to quarantine at home in Nghi Kim Ward, Vinh City. On October 27, the patient went to Cua Dong General Hospital for a rapid test with a positive result. Immediately after that, the patient was sampled for RT-PCR testing, and on the afternoon of October 27, the result confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

7. Patient LTT, female, born in 1978.Address: Hamlet 3, Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc District. The patient is F1 and is the mother of patient VTNQ (born in 2017) who was previously announced. On October 23, the patient was quarantined at the Tropical Center - Provincial General Hospital to take care of her child, patient VTNQ (born in 2017), and was sampled for testing with negative results. On October 26, the patient was sampled for testing and sent to the Provincial General Hospital with results confirming positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

8. Patient VTHT, female, born in 1997.Address: Hung Linh Commune, Hung Nguyen District. From August 12 to October 26, the patient was quarantined and tested periodically every 3 days with negative results. On October 26, the patient's sample was sent to the Provincial General Hospital with results confirming that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

9. Patient TTH, female, born in 2005.Address: Tan Huong Commune, Tan Ky District. The patient returned to Cua Lo town from Ho Chi Minh City on October 25. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Hon Ngu Hotel (Cua Lo). On October 26, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital for testing, with the result confirming that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

10. Patient LVT, male, born in 1986.Address: Mon Son Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient returned to Nghe An from Binh Duong Province on October 5. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Vinh University Campus 2 and had 4 samples taken, all of which were negative. From October 19 to October 26, the patient was transferred to home quarantine for health monitoring. On October 26, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Vinh City General Hospital. On the morning of October 27, the result was positive for Covid-19.

11. Patient VVT, male, born in 1983.Address: Mon Son Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient returned to Nghe An from Binh Duong Province on October 5. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Vinh University Campus 2 and had 4 samples taken, all of which were negative. From October 19 to October 26, the patient was transferred to home quarantine for health monitoring. On October 26, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Vinh City General Hospital. On the morning of October 27, the result was positive for Covid-19.

12. Patient QVT, male, born in 1982.Address: Yen Khe Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient returned to Con Cuong District from Bac Lieu Province on October 10. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Battalion 19 and had samples taken 4 times, all of which were negative. On October 26, the patient's samples were sent to Vinh City General Hospital, and on October 27, the results were positive for Covid-19.

13. Patient PVK, male, born in 1998.Address: Thach Ngan Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient returned to Con Cuong District from Dong Nai Province on October 9. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Battalion 19 and had samples taken 4 times, all of which were negative. On October 26, the patient's samples were sent to Vinh City General Hospital, and on October 27, the results were positive for Covid-19.

14. Patient THL, male, born in 1986.Address: Don Phuc Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient returned to Con Cuong District from Ho Chi Minh City on October 7. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Regiment 764. On October 20, the patient was transferred to the Army Hotel (Cua Lo) for quarantine and tested negative. On October 27, the patient's sample was sent to Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, and on the afternoon of October 27, the result was positive for Covid-19.

20. Patient NVV, male, born in 1981.Address: Xuan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. The patient returned to Nghe An from Dong Nai Province on October 5.
