Hitchhiker "leaves" money behind
(Baonghean.vn) - While cleaning his car, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan - Director of Quy Chau District Post Office discovered a bag of money left behind by a customer.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, at around 9:00 p.m. on July 21, 2018, on his way from Quy Chau district to Vinh city, when the car passed Thai Hoa town about 3km (the intersection of Highway 36 going towards Hoang Mai town), he saw a man waving for a ride in the rain and wind, so he agreed.

During the conversation, the customer said that his hometown is 1.5km from Mai Trang market, Cua Hoi and he is currently working at a garment company in Nghia Dan district.
After the customer got off and returned home, Mr. Toan discovered a red plastic bag in the back of the car, inside the bag were stacks of money with denominations ranging from 2,000 VND to 50,000 VND.
Knowing that the hitchhiker worked in Nghia Dan district, he contacted the staff at Nghia Dan Post Office and posted information on Facebook asking the online community to find the person to return the car many times, but until today, no one has come to claim it.

It is known that Mr. Nguyen Van Toan has worked at Quy Chau District Post Office for more than 20 years and has many times returned documents and assets that customers forgot.
