On the afternoon of November 23, at Chau Nga commune, National Assembly delegates including Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption; Moong Van Tinh - Officer of Que Phong District Youth Union and Nguyen Thi Thao - Doctor of Tay Bac Nghe An General Hospital met with voters of the communes: Chau Nga, Chau Hoi, Chau Binh, Quy Chau district. Voter Vo Anh Tuan - Secretary of Chau Nga Commune Party Committee reflected that the policy of forest protection and conservation has not been implemented in Chau Nga Commune because the work of allocating land and forests to people is facing difficulties due to lack of fees.
Mr. Tuan also proposed the merger of communes, hamlets, and villages. Accordingly, Chau Nga commune has 6 villages planned to be merged into 3 villages. However, what Mr. Vo Anh Tuan and many voters expressed concern about is that according to regulations, Chau Nga commune is expected to be merged with the nearest commune, Chau Hoi, which is 13 km away. Therefore, this voter suggested that it should be carefully considered to create favorable conditions for the people.
Voter Lu Trung Tinh, Chau Hoi commune said that the allocation of production to people in remote areas has caused difficulties for people's production. This is also the opinion reflected by other voters.

From local practice, Mr. Tinh also recommended that the scoring criteria for assessing poor households should be re-examined because it causes difficulties for the grassroots in the assessment process. “A family with one cow is also scored the same as a family with 10 cows,” Mr. Tinh cited.
Also related to supporting the poor, voters believe that direct support of 100,000 VND/year for poor households, monthly electricity support, etc. should be stopped; because the support amount is not large, it is not effective. According to voters, these policies should be integrated to have a larger and more effective support policy.
In addition, voters also recommended solving employment problems for ethnic minority children after graduating from university.
