Industrial land area in Nghia Dan district increased by over 206 hectares

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 485/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of land use planning to 2020 and the first year land use plan of the adjusted planning of Nghia Dan district.

Accordingly, the agricultural land area is 52,046.55 hectares, accounting for 84.28% of the natural land area compared to 2015, a decrease of 1,240.74 hectares; non-agricultural land is 9,280 hectares, accounting for 15.03%, an increase of 1,458.49 hectares compared to 2015; unused land is 428 hectares, accounting for 0.69%, a decrease of 217.75 hectares.

Notably, the land area for the industrial park determined by 2020 of the district is 246 hectares, an increase of 206.33 hectares compared to the current status.The land area for the industrial cluster determined by 2020 of the district is 40 hectares, an increase of 27 hectares compared to the current status... At the same time, the adjustment also mentions land planning for security and defense in the area.

This is also the basis for the District People's Committee to balance budget revenues from land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion; land-related taxes and expenses for compensation, support, and resettlement; carry out economic restructuring, balance food security goals and industrialization and modernization; reassign labor, overcome the loss of high-yield agricultural land, etc.
