Do Luong speeds up progress of key projects
(Baonghean.vn) - At this time, taking advantage of favorable weather, Do Luong district is speeding up the progress of key projects in the area.
Accordingly, the district focuses on solving difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, especially residential and urban projects to increase land revenue, especially key traffic routes to facilitate investment attraction and economic development.

In order to develop urban areas in a modern and sustainable direction and expand urban space, currently,Do Luong districtis implementing the construction of the road connecting National Highway 7 to the industrial park. This road was designed by Hoang Dong Do Construction Joint Stock Company, 4 km long, 15 meter wide roadbed, currently the construction unit is pouring the roadbed, expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
It is known that this route, after being put into use, will play a very important role, connecting Lac Son Industrial Park to National Highway 7 (Lan Chi Commercial Center) to connect workers to consume products at Lan Chi Commercial Center, exchanging goods as the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress to make Do Luong a type 4 urban area in the direction of trade - services.

In recent times, Do Luong district has also focused onattracting investmentplanning, infrastructure construction for land use rights auction in localities, in order to link regional economic development in accordance with urban and town space planning of each commune in the area. For example, the project of land auction planning area in Quan Leu area, block 7, Do Luong town was approved by the Provincial People's Committee to survey and plan in 2018, with a total area of nearly 7.0 hectares.
However, due to many problems with compensation for site clearance and land filling materials, construction has only now begun. This project is designed with a synchronous drainage system, electricity, and internal roads using asphalt concrete, 15-30m wide. According to the plan, this project will be put into use in June 2021. The project of the residential land auction planning area in the Garden Area, Block 5, Do Luong town is planned on 19,596 m2, of which only 6,527 ha of land and the rest are welfare works. This project has been completed and is undergoing settlement procedures.

Thanks to the relatively synchronous infrastructure investment, after the Provincial People's Committee approved the policy of land acquisition and compensation, the District People's Committee has carried out the compensation work and completed the following procedures in accordance with regulations such as designing, building systematic infrastructure, wide roads... so the land auction was very successful, the land lots increased the State budget revenue.
Such as the project of planning and auctioning residential land in the brick factory area, Dong Son commune, which was formerly an abandoned old brick kiln area. Faced with that situation, the People's Committee of Do Luong district submitted a request to all levels to build a planning area toland use rights auctionOn March 6, 2018, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 733/QD-UBND approving the policy of surveying and selecting locations for construction planning.
The project has a planned area of nearly 10 hectares. Of which, residential land is only about 30%, planning over 150 plots of land, located near the center of Do Luong town. The project has built synchronous infrastructure, traffic routes are paved with a width of 12-24m, along with a domestic water supply and drainage system, stadium, swimming pool and regulating lake. Up to now, the project has completed phase I. Recently, the project has auctioned 34/150 plots of land for nearly 63 billion VND, increasing the value nearly double compared to the starting price.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Truong - Deputy Director in charge of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Do Luong district said: Recently, the field of infrastructure construction investment in Do Luong district has had positive changes, thanks to good work.planning, survey and design, appraise projects and strengthen construction management, especially progress and quality of input materials such as soil, sand, steel, and cement for projects.
Specifically, strengthening the inspection and supervision at the site, strictly controlling the input materials of the construction unit, resolutely and strictly handling the construction units that do not comply with the quality management work. Organizing the acceptance of construction items, as well as promptly detecting and correcting the existing problems in the basic construction; thanks to that, the projects put into use all promote investment efficiency.

Focus on removing obstacles in site clearance
Mr. Tran Van Hien - Vice Chairman of Do Luong District People's Committee added: Compensation and site clearance work when the State reclaims land is always a difficult issue, therefore, Do Luong district always identifies this as one of the important tasks in land management in the area.
However, in reality, during the implementation of projects, compensation and site clearance work of the district encountered many difficulties such as some households whose land was recovered petitioned for compensation not in accordance with the prescribed regime and policies.

To effectively carry out the land acquisition and clearance work, recently, Do Luong district has stepped up propaganda on the Party and State's policies and guidelines on compensation and support for people in areas affected by the project, so that people voluntarily comply.
The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee spent a lot of time going to the localities where the project passed through to grasp the situation, directly meet and listen to the opinions of the people,dialoguewith the people to promptly resolve their petitions. Thanks to the focus on removing difficulties in land acquisition and clearance, the progress of key projects in Do Luong has been promptly accelerated.
