'Hungry for drugs', addict steals motorbike to sell for money to buy drugs

Previously, on December 6, 2021, Quy Chau District Police received a report from Mr. Luong Van D., residing in Chau Binh Commune, about the loss of a motorbike. Immediately after receiving the report, the District Police quickly investigated and clarified the matter.

Using professional measures, the District Police identified the perpetrator of the above theft as Ha Duc Anh (born 2004), residing in Kim Son town, Que Phong district. On the morning of December 7, 2021, the District Police arrested the subject while he was hiding at his private home, seizing the above-mentioned motorbike as evidence.
Ha Duc Anh is a drug addict and unemployed, so he stole a motorbike to sell for personal expenses and to buy drugs.drugto use.
Currently, the case is being further investigated by Quy Chau District Police.
