(Baonghean.vn) - The tornado occurred at 5:30 p.m. on March 28, lasting for 15 minutes, causing damage to a number of households in Hoa Tien 1 and Hoa Tien 2 villages, Chau Tien commune.

In Hoa Tien 1 village, Ms. Sam Thi Long's kitchen was destroyed by a strong wind. The wind also caused trees to fall onto the road in front of some households in Hoa Tien 1 village.
According to information from local people, many other houses in this Thai village had damaged tile roofs.

In Hoa Tien 2 village, Mr. Lo Van Hai's house completely collapsed. When the disaster happened, Mr. Hai and his wife were working away from home. Fortunately, the family's two children, aged 5 and 2, were carried out of the house by their grandparents in time and were safe.

The tornado also caused many villages in Chau Tien commune to lose power.
As soon as the disaster occurred, representatives of Chau Tien Commune People's Committee were present with the people to overcome the damage.
