Nghe An: 10 months of budget revenue of more than 18 trillion VND, reaching 122.5% of the estimate
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An province's budget revenue for the first 10 months is estimated at VND 18,377 billion, reaching 122.5% of the estimate and equal to 121.4% over the same period in 2021.
On the morning of October 26, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the regular meeting of October 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.
Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi Kim Chi - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Le Hong Vinh, Bui Thanh An, Bui Dinh Long, Nguyen Van De; together with members of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, branches and sectors.

Reporting at the meeting, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Xuan Duc said that in October, all levels and sectors focused on directing, urging, and accelerating the completion of tasks in 2022; urgentlyovercoming the consequences of floods; focus on accelerating the implementation and disbursement of projects; deploying 3 national target programs.
In economic development, due to the impact of floods and rains, the progress of the 2021-2022 winter-spring crop is slower than the same period. The industrial production index (IIP) in October 2022 is estimated to increase by 16.03% over the same period in 2021. The export turnover of goods is estimated at 190 million USD, the accumulated value in 10 months is estimated at more than 1,873 million USD, an increase of 12.4%.

Budget revenue for the first 10 months is estimated at VND 18,377 billion, reaching 122.5% of the estimate and equal to 121.4% compared to the same period in 2021. Of which, domestic revenue is estimated at VND 17,212 billion, revenue from import-export activities is estimated at VND 1,165 billion. Budget expenditure for the first 10 months of 2022 is estimated at VND 24,819 billion, reaching 79.9% of the estimate.
By October 21, the province had granted 89 new projects withtotal investment capital21,802 billion VND registered, 91 projects adjusted. Total newly granted and adjusted capital was 34,963 billion VND, up 38.98% over the same period. International cooperation and integration activities continued to be effectively implemented.

As of October 20,public investment capitalThe disbursement rate of centrally managed provincial funds has reached 35.18% of the plan; if not counting the newly supplemented capital in October and the unallocated detailed National Target Program funds, the disbursement rate has reached 45.14%, of which the central budget has reached 48.73%.
In the cultural and social fields, sectors continue to carry out tasks of teaching and learning, epidemic prevention and Covid-19 vaccination. It is estimated that in the first 10 months of the year, jobs have been created for 43,554 people.
All levels, sectors, agencies, units, businesses, and philanthropists inside and outside the province actively joined hands to support people affected by floods and storms with more than 72.3 billion VND in cash and goods.
