Nghe An strengthens inspection, supervision, guidance and difficulty removal for localities

On the afternoon of October 21, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired a working session with specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, to hear the results of the implementation of tasks in the third quarter, and to orient key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Attending the meeting were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Pham Trong Hoang - Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Ngoc Kim Nam - Head of the Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. Also attending were leaders of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee.

In the third quarter of 2025, specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee actively implemented work plans in assigned fields, carried out and completed a large volume of assigned work.

The agencies have focused on advising on the implementation of arrangement and consolidation of the organizational apparatus, and operation of the two-level local government model to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient operations, meeting the requirements of serving the people.

Actively advise, direct, and guide the organization of party congresses of subordinate Party Committees and advise and coordinate to prepare good conditions for organizing the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Advise leaders on socio-economic development, promote investment attraction and budget collection; urge the implementation of the 2025 plan targets and the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025...

Speaking at the working session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Nghia Hieu acknowledged the efforts of the Provincial Party Committee's advisory and support agencies in closely following the work program, proactively advising, proposing and synchronously and effectively implementing assigned political tasks.

Regarding the key tasks of the fourth quarter of 2025, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the advisory and supporting agencies pay attention to advising on the development of working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; the full-term working program of the Provincial Party Committee; the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress; the Inspection and Supervision Program of the 20th Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Complete the process of drafting assigned projects to develop key programs and projects to implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Coordinate to advise on organizing conferences to study, learn, disseminate, propagate and implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Promote the dissemination of the results of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Focus on directing and strengthening the propaganda work of the 14th Party Congress, soon bringing the Party's Resolution into life.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu reminded agencies to focus on reviewing and completing the remaining tasks of 2025. Proactively develop programs, action plans and budget plans for 2026 that are close to task requirements, avoiding forgetting or missing work.

Guide to review, evaluate and classify collectives and individuals at the end of the year. Organize the summary and evaluation of the performance of the industry and the Provincial Party Committee's steering committees in 2025. Coordinate and advise on summarizing Party building work in 2025.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the advisory and support agencies continue to coordinate and direct the review of the arrangement, mobilization, and organization of the staff and civil servants; arrange enough specialized staff at the grassroots level; strengthen inspection, supervision, guidance, and removal of difficulties for localities in the process of implementing the two-level local government model.

Strengthen coordination between committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office to improve the quality of consulting and serving the activities of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.
