*NOctober 17, Nghe An Center for Disease Control (CDC) informed: In the past 24 hours (From 19:00 October 16 to 19:00 October 17), Nghe An17 positive cases recordednew to Covid-19.

*DTo ensure traffic safety, the Road Administration Department II is activelyfix and handle traffic "black spots"intersection between National Highway 7A and National Highway 7B through Cong Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh. Specifically, 4 sets of traffic lights have been installed, 2 sets of 14m high lights have been installed to increase brightness. The sidewalks on both sides of National Highway 7A and National Highway 7B have been expanded with each side being 3m wide and over 600m long to facilitate traffic. This project is expected to be completed and put into use on November 15.
