At about 0:30 on September 15, while on patrol, the working group of Hoa Hieu Ward Police (town)Thai Hoa) discovered at the boarding house of Mr. Vo Trong Tra in Tan Phu block, Hoa Hieu ward, 8 subjects were using synthetic drugs.

The subjects include: Tran Van Huy, born in 2000, Tay Ho block, Quang Tien ward; Tang Dinh Phuc, born in 2003, hamlet 7, Nghia Khanh commune; Nguyen Van Quang, born in 1998, Phu Thanh hamlet, Tay Hieu commune; Nguyen Dinh Hai, born in 1991, Nghia Dan town; Tran Van Tuan, born in 2003, Hoa Binh Son hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune; Nguyen Ngoc Nghia, born in 2003, Hung Tan hamlet, Tay Hieu commune; Vi Thi Nhu, born in 2002, Yen Tinh commune, Tuong Duong district; Pham Thi Hoa, born in 1999, Nghia Tien commune, Thai Hoa town.
According to statements at the police station, of these 8 subjects, 7 are employees of the LisaKing karaoke bar in Thai Hoa town, and 1 is a taxi driver.
Currently, Hoa Hieu Ward Police are preparing a case to handle according to the provisions of law.
